Our Story

Lyn Borcherding (Woofers), Vanessa Parker & Tausha Blaksley (Crescent Realty) are all business owners in our Spanaway community that have love for dogs and people! The three ladies started The Dog Days of Spanaway in 2022.

Dogs brought the three of us together! We share of love of dogs and community. As business owners, we want to connect with local people to promote our own businesses, as well as other local businesses. What better way than to create and host Dog Days of Spanaway?

Lyn Borcherding owns Woofers Grooming & Goodies and loves spending time with her family. Tausha Blaksley is a realtor with Crescent Realty, who loves doing arts & crafts with her daughter and gardening. Vanessa Parker is also a realtor with Crescent Realty. She enjoys spending time at home with her dogs, chickens and her daughter.
